Chaga Thai Immunity Soup
Updated: Aug 26, 2019
This delicious immunity soup is packed with antioxidants, fresh greens, superfood mushrooms, & veggies to boost your energy & immune system.
I based the soup with powerful antioxidants; chaga tea, ginger, & turmeric, & added coconut aminos for extra taste. ✨
Chaga is a a rare medicinal mushroom that boost your immunity & reduces inflammation.
Ginger is a anti-inflammatory flowering plant that fights infections & helps digestion.
Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory spice that supports detoxification and balances blood sugar levels.
Coconut aminos is a soy & gluten free alternative to soy sauce, has 17 aminos acids, & is rich in B-Vitamins (73 % less sodium than soy sauce).

Add in the chaga tea.

Add the tofu, kale, and broccoli and continue to cook for 4 to 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 4 tbsp of coconut aminos mix and stir.
Add the noodles
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook until the vegetables are fork tender, approximately 10 minutes.
