Crunchy Kale Bowl

This kale bowl will satisfying all your crunchy cravings you need in a salad.






Ingredients

  • 3-5 cups of kale

  • 1/ 2 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup parsley

  • 1 egg, boiled

  • 1 ½ tablespoon sesame seeds


Directions

  1. Boil 1 egg for 5 minutes.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the kale, olive oil, black pepper, and himalayan pink salt. Cook on the pan for 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, pit, peel, and slice the avocado.

  4. Add parsley to the bowl

  5. Top it off with sesame seeds
