Crunchy Kale Bowl

This kale bowl will satisfying all your crunchy cravings you need in a salad.

Ingredients
3-5 cups of kale
1/ 2 avocado, sliced
1 cup parsley
1 egg, boiled
1 ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
Boil 1 egg for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the kale, olive oil, black pepper, and himalayan pink salt. Cook on the pan for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, pit, peel, and slice the avocado.
Add parsley to the bowl
Top it off with sesame seeds
