To all my healthy pasta lovers - this mix will satisfy all your junky cravings. This delicious bowl is filled with plant based protein + fiber + healthy fats + greens to help stabilize your blood sugar levels and control your hunger hormones. I spiced up the gluten free brown rice & quinoa pasta with antioxidants to help nourish and keep your body healthy.



  • Gluten free brown rice & quinoa pasta from Trader Joes

  • 1-2 handful chopped kale

  • 1/2 cups mushrooms

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 handful organic basil

  • 2 Tbsp turmeric

  • 2 Tbsp curry

  • ½ Tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 Tbsp  olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp pickled mango

  • 1/4 Tbsp fresh ground pepper

  • Pink salt to taste


  1. Boil the brown rice and quinoa pasta for approximately 30 seconds. (Mix is bought from Trader Joes)

  2. Drain the brown rice and quinoa pasta and add the curry, cayenne, turmeric, and black pepper and mix.

  3. Add in the kale

  4. Heat pan and add olive oil and allow the peppered mushrooms to cook for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add the fresh basil

  6. Top it off with pickled mango

  7. Enjoy!
