GLUTEN FREE ·VEGAN COOKIE

Whether you're gluten-free/vegan or not, this dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth & give you that satisfying chewing texture you’re looking for. Honestly, you might not even notice that this cookies don't have flour—they're that good + filled with antioxidants.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup almond powder

  • 1 Tbsp ground chia

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp maca powder

  • 3/4 Tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds powder

  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 cup raisins + cranberry combined

  • (If you’re a chocolate lover; optional to add 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips)

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir well until evenly mixed. 

  3. Once mixture is combined completely, add in raisins & cranberry & optional chocolate chunks.

  4. Divide the mix and place each section between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll the mix out until into small spoons.

  5. Transfer each spoon mix to a cookie sheet.

  6. Cook for roughly 17 minutes.
