Immunity Boost Bowl

If you're feeling a bit under the weather or if you simply want to keep your immune system strong, this salad is just for you.




Ingredients

  • 3-5 cups of kale

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1 egg, boiled

  • Red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 handful pomegranate


Directions

  1. Base the bowl with the kale

  2. Boil 1 egg for 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, add in the kiwi, bell pepper , & pomegranate
