Immunity Boost Bowl
If you're feeling a bit under the weather or if you simply want to keep your immune system strong, this salad is just for you.

Ingredients
3-5 cups of kale
1 kiwi
1 egg, boiled
Red bell pepper, sliced
1 handful pomegranate
Directions
Base the bowl with the kale
Boil 1 egg for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, add in the kiwi, bell pepper , & pomegranate
