Jessica’s Favorite Combo
Loaded bowl filled with plant based goodies, nourishing your body could be a simple as this bowl.

Ingredients
3-5 cups of mixed greens
2 (4-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
½ cup broccoli
½ cup tomato
1 date
Handful of green olives
1 tbsp zaatar
1 tbsp sumac
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Rub salmon fillet with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and season with salt. Bake salmon until cooked to your liking, about 20 minutes.
In a salad bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and the extra-virgin olive oil.
Add the broccoli, tomato, date, olives to bowl with the dressing.
