Jessica’s Paleo Classic Combo

I don’t think I will ever tire of the classic egg white, avocado, & broccoli combo.
Gluten free spinach tortilla wrap
1 slice paleo bread
½ cup broccoli
1/ 2 avocado, cut and cubed
2 egg whites
1 tsp. olive oil
Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Add spinach; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until wilted.
Add egg whites.
When eggs are almost set add broccoli; cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated through.
Mix together to make scrambled eggs
