Nourishing Plant-Based Bowl

Loaded bowl filled with plant based goodies, nourishing your body could be a simple as this bowl


  • 3-5 cups of kale, shredded

  • 2-3 cups of lettuce, shredded

  • 1 yam, baked

  • ½ cup of cooked brussels sprouts

  • 1/ 2 avocado, sliced


  1. Base the bowl with the kale + lettuce

  2. Add in baked yam, brussels sprouts, + avocado

  3. Top it off with sesame seeds
