Paprika-Ginger Black Seed Salmon
Oven-baked paprika ginger black seed salmon, served with a lightly salted-olive oil raw snap peas & spinach--- an easy dish that comes together quickly for a healthy delicious weeknight meal.

Ingredients
4 to 6 ounces fish of choice (salmon, halibut, sole)
½ cup spinach
½ cup snap peas
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
2 pinches paprika
1/3 cup black seeds & sesame seeds
8 slices of fresh ginger
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Using a sharp knife, make about 4-5 slices of salmon. Dab both sides of salmon dry with paper towels, season both sides with paprika and crushed black pepper.
Slice 8 pieces of fresh ginger and put it on the bottom of the pan.
Meanwhile, toss and mix the snap peas and spinach with about 2 tbsp of pink salt and 2 tbsp olive oil.
Bake the salmon for about 10 minutes, then take it out of the oven & sprinkle black/ white sesame seeds over the fish.
Put the fish back into the oven and let it bake for another 5 minutes or until it’s cooked.
Once salmon is baked, top it off with fresh lemon.
